The Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link may have been racked with controversy over the forced relocation of Tsoi Yuen Village, but at least the developers seem to be making an effort to keep the station looking attractive. The MTR Corporation has plans for the West Kowloon terminus of the Express Rail to be covered in greenery. The four-story building will mostly be underground, while the roof will become a three-hectare park. The artist renderings of the station, below, give an impression of the "people-oriented design" of the terminus, as project manager Paul Lo Po-hing puts it. read more
