Mel Gibson To Have More Custody Of Lucia

According to the terms of Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva's custody agreement, he's set to have significantly more time with his daughter. When Lucia turns one, Mel's "custodial rights" will increase to 40%. She turns one on October 30th. As of right now Mel only has 20% custody. Obviously Oksana isn't happy about all this.
?Oksana is furious... she is convinced Mel is not fit to be alone with Lucia,? said a source, close to the situation.
?As the court process drags on -- and with no resolution in sight -- the one winner in all of this is Mel. Eventually he gets more of Lucia.?
UGH. I just wish they could sit down behind closed doors and work all this out -- for their daughter's sake.
