Japan's 'other' crying baby sumo festival

Ikiko Jinja Shrine in Kanuma city, Tochigi provided the location for the latest cry baby 'nakizumo' festival, in which fathers dressed in sumo outfits do their best to make their babies bawl.In a series of videos from Japan Probe, the local festival is shown to have the same traditions as Tokyo's own Nakizumo Festival held at Senso-ji in Asakusa on the fourth Sunday of each April.read more
